[Extended] Up to 100% service fee rebates (6 April—1 June)

Until 1 June, all driver-partners will continue to receive up to 100% service fee rebates, with no minimum trip or performance requirements. You will be charged a 20% service fee upfront and will get the service fee rebate paid out every following Tuesday into your Earnings Wallet.

Total fares = $100

Service fee = $20 (20% x $100)

If you are a Gold tier member, you will receive service fee rebates of $16 (80% x $20).

Note: Driver-partners without a tier status will automatically receive service fee rebates of 60%.

Driver-partners on GoFleet will receive 100% service fee rebates, with no tier or trip requirements.

[New] More than S$30,000 in grocery vouchers for driver-partners

More than S$30,000 in grocery vouchers will be distributed to driver-partners to help them with their living expenses in this challenging period. Eligible driver-partners will each receive a $50 FairPrice Online e-voucher.

The grocery vouchers have been purchased through contributions from the Gojek Partner Support Fund, which was established in March under the Anak Bangsa Bisa Foundation. The fund aims to make a positive difference in the lives of Gojek’s more than 2 million partners (drivers and merchants) across the region.

More details on the voucher redemption will be shared with eligible driver-partners next week.

Reduced criteria for GCF weekly payout (6 April—31 May)

From 6 April to 31 May, we have relaxed the trip requirement for Gojek Care Fund’s weekly payouts, from 50 to 35 weekly trips. This will provide you with a more attainable target to hit during this period.

We will continue to find ways to look after you and ensure you can support yourself and your families during this period. Thank you for pushing through these tough times with us to keep Singapore moving safely.

For more information on our enhanced circuit breaker support measures, please refer to the FAQs below.

Q: When will I receive my payout?

  • Service fee rebates: You will be charged a 20% service fee upfront and will receive the service fee rebate paid out every following Tuesday into your Earnings Wallet.
  • Gojek Care Fund: Eligible driver-partners will receive notification of their payout every week on Thursday, which will be credited to your driver Earnings Wallet.

Q: What happens to my current incentive scheme?

With the enhanced safe distancing measures put in place, overall demand for ride-hailing will inevitably reduce. As a result, our current incentive schemes — Points incentives, Flash incentives, MWE, GoFleet incentives, as well as Taxi incentives — are no longer the best way for us to provide you with competitive and sustainable earnings.

As such, all incentive schemes have been put on hold since 10 April 2020 and a series of circuit breaker support measures have been implemented to more effectively safeguard your livelihoods. GoFleet incentives will be on hold from 6 April 2020.

Q: I am a GoFleet driver, how will this affect my current GoFleet incentives?

A: GoFleet incentives have been put on hold during the circuit breaker period since 6 April 2020, and will resume when the extended circuit breaker measures have been lifted.
