• Your referee must complete 100 trips (Target 2) within their first week according to when they have onboarded. (Refer to table below for 4-week scheme timeline)
• Referees must meet the 60% completion rate & 90% completion rate to be eligible

Every new driver-partner will be assigned to a different batch, depending on when they have onboarded. Each batch will have their own unique 4-week scheme timeline to follow. Your referee needs to complete 100 trips within their first week according to the scheme timeline for you to receive the incentive.

• Locate your unique referral code in the GoPartner app and share it with your friends (no limit to the number of friends you can refer)
• Remind your friends to complete 100 trips in their first week according to when they have onboarded

Eligible referrers will receive their payout via their Earnings Wallet on the 19th calendar day of the following month from the month their referee was onboarded.

• Download the GoPartner app and key in the referrer’s unique code on the self-registration page if they choose to self-onboard in the app* (see guide below)
• Or, they can visit GoHub for physical onboarding and provide the agent with the referral code during registration
• Complete 100 trips in their first week according to when they have onboarded to qualify for the incentives

*Self-onboarding in GoPartner app is only available on Android devices.

iOS

• Head down to GoHub for physical onboarding and provide the agent with the referral code during registration
• Complete 100 trips in their first week according to when they have onboarded to qualify for the incentives

The referral program will end on 30 Jun 2024, 11:59PM, and your referee must be successfully onboarded with Gojek by then. Referees will be assigned to different batches each with its own 4-week scheme timeline based on when they have onboarded.

Eligible new driver-partners will receive their payout via their Earnings Wallet one hour after the weekly scheme ends.

Q: I referred my friend to sign up using my referral code, how do I get the referral incentive? 

A: You will receive the referral incentive of $250 when your friend completes 100 trips within their first week according to their 4-week scheme timeline. 
 

If eligible, you should receive your payout directly in your Earnings Wallet by the 19th calendar day of the following month from the month your friend was onboarded.

Q: I am a Private-Hire driver and my friend is a Taxi driver, can I refer him/her to join Gojek? 
 

A: Yes, we welcome all new Private-Hire and Taxi drivers on the Gojek platform.

Q: What does my referee need to do after I retrieve my referral code from the GoPartner app? Do I need to accompany my referee when he/she signs up? 

A: Your referee must input his details and your unique referral code in the self onboarding screen (on Android devices only) or let us know your unique referral code during physical onboarding at GoHub while registering with Gojek in order for you to be qualified for the referral bonus. Do ensure that your referee has correctly submitted your unique referral code, a wrong or invalid code will not be counted.

You DO NOT need to accompany your referee to sign up - he/she can complete their driver-partner application online by (1) Downloading the GoPartner app or (2) Walking in to GoHub for assistance.

Q: When will we receive the referral incentive? 

A: If eligible, the payout will be made to the successful referrer’s Earnings Wallets by the 19th calendar day of the following month from the month your referee was onboarded.
 

Q: When does the referral program end?

A: The program ends on 30 Jun 2024, 11:59PM, and your referee must be successfully onboarded with Gojek by then.

• Eligible new driver-partners will receive their payout in their Earnings Wallet one hour after the weekly scheme ends.

• Each driver-partner is only allowed to own 1 referral code, but there is no limit (cap) to the number of driver-partners he/she can refer
• Each new driver-partner can only be referred once.
• If the referee enters more than 1 referral code, only the most recent code entered will be considered. 
• If the referee enters a wrong or invalid referral code, it will not be counted.
• If the referee enters another driver’s unique referral code, the reward will be given to that driver.
• The referee cannot be backdated once they have onboarded with Gojek.
• Gojek may terminate or modify the program at any time at its sole discretion.
• Gojek employees, friends and family of Gojek employees, as well as Gojek-partnered companies will not be eligible to participate in the referral program.
