Drive with ZERO SERVICE FEES with incentives

With our driver incentives, ALL driver-partners enjoy lower service fees of only 14% or less for every trip.


⚠️ NOTE: From 21 June 1AM, we will be making long-term improvements for better earnings per trip, which will replace the current incentives scheme. The daily points scheme will run until 20 June 12:59AM, while the monthly loyalty bonus will continue until 30 June.

The more you drive, the lower your service fees! 


All you need to know about incentives in 3 points:

  1. Only 14% service fees or less, with 30% service fee rebates for every trip.
  2. Take home all your earnings with 100% daily service fee rebates when you hit the highest service fee rebate tier.
  3. Up to $650 in monthly loyalty bonuses to reward you for your consistent efforts at the end of every month.


You’ll also continue to be compensated for far pick-ups - $0.70 per additional km after 3KM that you’ll have to travel to pick-up your customer, capped at $4.


Pro-tip: Drive on weekends and peak hours for more demand, more points per trip, and higher earnings - so you’ll be able to receive 100% daily service fee rebates and up to $650 in monthly loyalty bonuses faster.

Daily points incentives


Our new daily points incentives will reward you for trips that require more effort. The higher the fares, the more points you earn.


Points are based on (1) Trip fares and (2) Peak hours


The more points you accumulate in a day, the higher your service fee rebates.

 

Complete trips during weekend peak hours to earn up to 13 points per trip - that makes it easier for you to hit the higher daily service fee rebate tiers to take home up to 100% of your earnings.


Reduced points requirement for more service fee rebates (20 May - 20 June)


The reduced points requirement has been extended to 21 June 12:59AM. From 21 June 1AM, you will be able to enjoy better earnings on every trip: gjk.sg/betterearnings

“Effective service fees” refers to the service fees you will effectively be paying after receiving the rebates for each tier. For example, for Tier 1, your effective service fees = (100% - 30%) * 20% service fee = 14%


From 20 May 1AM - 21 Jun 12:59AM, we’ve reduced the points requirement for your daily service fee rebates to make it easier for you to bring home all your earnings, as part of our commitment to help our driver-partners safeguard their livelihood during this period of enhanced COVID-19 measures.

  • Complete just one trip to drive with an effective service fee of only 14% 
  • NEW: Get 50% service fee rebates with 15 points per day (usual: 20 points).
  • NEW: Bring home all your earnings with 50 points per day (usual: 80 points).

What will you need to do?

Hit the minimum points targets for the tier and achieve a minimum 80% daily performance requirement to receive the respective service fee rebates. 


The 20% service fee will be applied upfront. Payouts will be made to your Earnings Wallet by 2AM on the same night. Look out for this payout on your Earnings Screen on the same day that you are eligible for the bonus.


Note: You will be able to see the points details in the points screen in your Driver app based on the trip fare (inclusive of platform fees, multi-destination fees, and service fees).


Example

Mr Tan is a Classic driver-partner who completed 3 trips from 4.30PM to 7.00PM. He will receive the following points:



Based on his total points, since he has hit Tier 2, he will receive a 50% service fee rebate for the day of $5.89. That means that his service fee for the day is effectively only 10%!


Monthly loyalty bonus


The loyalty bonus scheme aims to help you increase your monthly take-home earnings, and has been designed around our GoalBetter driver benefits program to reward our loyal driver-partners for their continued support.


NEW: Reduced trips requirement for monthly loyalty incentives (1 May - 30 June)

We will also be reducing the trip requirements to qualify for the monthly loyalty incentives for May and June, so that all Premium (GoFleet only), Pro, and Elite GoalBetter tier driver-partners can continue to receive the monthly loyalty bonus despite the lower demand for trips during this challenging period.


How does this work?

Meet the following requirements to qualify:

  • Monthly trip targets by GoalBetter tier (min 320 trips (usual: 400 trips)) 
  • Average monthly performance of 80%
  • Only Premium (GoFleet only), Pro, and Elite GoalBetter driver-partners qualify. Find out how to upgrade your tiers here: gjk.sg/goalbetter

You will get the loyalty bonus paid out to your Earnings Wallet on the first Tuesday of the following month.


Are you a GoFleet driver-partner?

As a Pro or Elite GoFleet driver, you can enjoy up to $650 extra every month, on top of the daily service fee rebates! 


GoFleet driver-partners can enjoy an extra $150 (GoFleet Elite) or $100 (GoFleet Pro) on top of the bonus earned by meeting the monthly trip criteria. GoFleet Elite drivers who complete 600 trips in the month will be eligible for a total bonus of $650 ($500 + $150).


As a Premium GoFleet driver, you can look forward to a total monthly bonus of up to $350 when you meet the above requirements.


Do note that the GoFleet bonus amount that you will be eligible for is prorated based on the number of trips you have completed while you are in the GoFleet program.

Far pick-up incentives


You’ll continue to be compensated for your time and efforts on the road to pick up customers. 


For any pick-up distance above 3km, you will receive an incentive for the incremental distance ($0.70 per incremental km, capped at $4).

FAQs

Q: When will I receive the incentive payout if I am eligible?

A: You will receive the payout for the daily points incentive to your Earnings Wallet by 2AM the same night. Look out for this payout on your Earnings Screen on the same day that you are eligible for the bonus.


You will receive the payout for monthly loyalty bonus on the first Tuesday of the following month by 1PM. For example, February’s 2021 payout will be done on Tuesday, 2 March 2021 by 1PM.


Q: Will there be service fees on the bonus payout?

A: No, there are no additional service fees on the payouts.


Q: Will other incentives still be applicable?

A: The new daily incentive points scheme and monthly loyalty incentives will replace the old daily incentive points scheme and weekly service fee rebates. Rest assured that far pick-up incentives will remain to ensure that you are fairly compensated for your time and efforts on the road.


Q: Will I be able to see the incentive schemes in the GoPartner app? 

A: You will be able to see the daily points details within the GoPartner app in the points screen. Your points will be based on the gross trip fare (inclusive of platform fee, multi-stop fees, and service fees) your driver cut.


You will also receive bi-weekly updates from Gojek to help you to monitor your monthly trips for the monthly loyalty bonus.


Daily Points Incentive


Q: Who is eligible for the daily points incentive scheme?

A: Selected driver-partners will be eligible once the scheme rolls out from 18 January 2021 onwards.


Q: Is there a performance requirement for the daily points incentive scheme?

A: Yes, you will need to meet a daily performance requirement of 80%.


Q: Will I receive additional points if the customer uses the edit destination feature, where the trip fare will increase? 

A: Yes, the points awarded will be based on the fare after the trip is completed. Any changes such as an edited destination will already be factored in.


Monthly Loyalty Bonus


Q: Who is eligible for the monthly loyalty bonus?

A: Premium (GoFleet only), Pro, or Elite GoalBetter tier driver-partners will be eligible for the monthly loyalty bonus. Drivers who are under Classic, and Premium drivers who are not under GoFleet will not be eligible.

A: The monthly loyalty bonus period starts at 1AM on the 1st day of each month and ends at 12:59AM on the 1st day of the following month. 


Q: Is there a performance requirement for the monthly loyalty bonus?

A: For the monthly loyalty bonus, you will need to meet a monthly performance requirement of 80%. 


Q: How is the monthly performance requirement calculated?

A: The monthly performance requirement is 80%. This means that for the entire calendar month, you should have completed at least 80% of the total orders received, in order to qualify for the monthly performance requirement.
