Daily points incentives (Mon – Sun)
We have introduced a refreshed way for drivers to earn more in this new normal, and to feel more assured in making a stable and secure living on our platform.
How does this work?
Every points target tier gives you incentives equal to the total amount of points accumulated multiplied by the bonus per point.
All you need to do is accumulate more than or equal to the points targets and achieve the daily performance requirement of 80%.
Example
Mr Lim accumulated 45 points and achieved a performance of 85%. He has hit the tier 2 target of 40 points.
💰Total bonus incentive = 45 x $0.50 = $22.50
⚠️ NOTE: You will not be able to see this incentive scheme in your Driver app. However, you will still be able to see and track the points that you have accumulated daily from 1AM – 12:59AM to qualify for the incentives.
Points structure
Our points per trip system still ensures that you get rewarded for trips that require more effort, such as long distance trips of more than or equal to 15KM.
Service fee loyalty bonus (Weekly)
The loyalty bonus aims to increase your take-home earnings on every trip and have been designed around our GoalBetter driver benefits program.
To safeguard your livelihood, driver-partners in the previous Q2 cycle of GoalBetter (30 Mar - 28 Jun) have been tier protected for the Q3 cycle. We have simplified the tiering system from the previous 5 tiers to 4 tiers.
No tier? Not to worry
All driver-partners without a GoalBetter tier will automatically qualify for the Classic tier. If you’re a driver-partner on GoFleet, you will automatically be upgraded to the Premium tier!
Do note that with effect from 7 December 2020, only driver-partners in the Premium, Pro, and Elite GoalBetter tiers will be eligible for the weekly service fee loyalty bonus.

To qualify for the service fee loyalty bonus, all you need to do is meet the following requirements:
How does it work?
The 20% service fee will be applied upfront and you will get the service fee rebate paid out every following Tuesday into your Earnings Wallet.
Example
Mr Tan is an Elite tier member and rents a car with GoFleet. Last week, he completed 130 trips with an average weekly performance of 85%.
He qualifies for the service fee rebates of 22% based on his tier, along with an additional 8% from renting with GoFleet.
Total gross fares: $1,500
Service fees: 20% x $1,500 = $300
Mr Tan will receive service fee rebates of (22% + 8%) x $300 = $90.

Q: When will I receive the incentive payout if I am eligible?
A: You will receive the payout to your Earnings Wallet by 1PM the next day.
Q: Will there be service fees on the bonus payout?
A: No, there are no additional service fees.
Q: Who is eligible for this daily points incentive scheme?
A: All driver-partners will be eligible once the scheme rolls out from 3 August 2020 onwards.
Q: Will other incentives still be applicable?
A: Yes, the weekly service fee loyalty rebates is still applicable, provided that the above requirements are met.
Q: Is there a performance requirement for this incentive scheme?
A: Yes, you will need to meet a daily performance requirement of 80%.
Q: Will I be able to see the incentive scheme in the Driver app before it is live? Or after the specified end time period?
A: No, you will not be able to see the incentive scheme in-app. However, you will still be able to see and track the points that you have accumulated daily from 1AM – 12:59AM to qualify for the incentives.
Service fee loyalty bonus
Q: When will I receive the payout for this loyalty bonus?
A: The 20% service fee will be applied upfront. You will then receive the service fee rebate for Monday, 1AM to the following Monday, 12:59AM, paid out every following Tuesday into your Earnings Wallet.
