In this trial, we aim to reward all driver-partners fairly for their efforts based on the dynamic conditions of driving that takes into consideration factors such as pick-up distance, trip duration, driver availability and overall trip demand.
This means that each trip incentive will only be awarded if it meets the criteria based on the above mentioned factors during the incentive period. Some trips will not have any incentive applied if it does not meet the dynamic criteria. You will be able to identify which trip has incentives in the manual bid screen, on-trip screen, as well as in your earnings summary screen post-trip for both Android and iOS devices.

A: If the trip is eligible for the incentive, you will receive the payout to your Earnings Wallet upon trip completion. The total payout (trip earnings and trip incentive) will be reflected together within the same transaction.
Q: Will my earnings from this trip incentive be subjected to CPF?
A: Yes, your earnings from incentives will be subjected to CPF. Your CPF contribution will be allocated to all three CPF accounts (Ordinary, Special/Retirement, MediSave) to help grow your CPF savings and support your housing, retirement, and healthcare needs
Q: Will there be service fees on this trip incentive payout?
A: No, there are no additional service fees on the payouts.
Q: Does this trip incentive replace far pick-up incentives?
A: No, the $4 far pick-up incentives are still applicable for trips further than 4km.
Q: Will I still be eligible for other incentives?
A: Yes, all other existing incentives are still applicable.
Q: Will all service types be eligible for this trip incentives?
A: All GoCar, GoCar Flash, GoCar XL, GoCar Kids, GoCar XL Kids, and GoCar Premium trips are eligible for the trip incentives except for GoTaxi trips.
Q: Will I be able to see whether the trip has an incentive applied?
A: You will be able to identify which trip has incentives in the manual bid screen, on-trip screen, as well as in your earnings screen post-trip for both Android and iOS devices through the tag ‘Trip Incentive’.
