🔹 There are no performance requirements for the lower service fees.

🔹 All driver-partners are eligible for the lower service fees regardless of their GoalBetter tier.

🔹 For Gojek taxi drivers, the service fee of $0.60 for GoTaxi trips will continue to apply.

[Updated 27 October 2021]

From 4 November 2021 1AM:

  • For back-to-back trips, the pick-up distance will be calculated from the first drop-off point to the second customer’s pick-up point.
  • The pick-up distance for regular trips will continue to be calculated based on the driver-partner’s location at the time of receiving the booking request to the pick-up point.

We apologise for our inaccurate calculation for back-to-back trips, which might have resulted in you receiving additional far pick up payments – rest assured that we will not be clawing back any overpaid amounts and that there are no changes to the incentives calculation for regular far pick-up trips.

Example (back-to-back trip)

Mr Wong is currently on a trip to fetch a customer from Vivocity to Clarke Quay Central. Halfway through the trip as he’s driving by Guoco Tower at Tanjong Pagar, he receives and accepts a booking request for a trip from Plaza Singapura to ION Orchard.

Current trip: Vivocity to Clarke Quay Central

Next trip: Plaza Singapura to ION Orchard

Before 4 November:

Based on the distance from his location at the time of receiving the booking request at Guoco Tower to the second customer’s pick-up point at Plaza Singapura (4.0km), he will receive a $3 far pick-up incentive for the second trip.

After 4 November:

With the calculation change, the pick-up distance will be calculated from the first drop-off point of Clarke Quay Central to the second customer’s pick-up point of Plaza Singapura (2.0km) instead. He will not receive a $3 payout as the second trip will not be considered a far pick-up.

With the lower service fees and higher far pick-up payouts, your earnings for every trip completed will increase. These improvements are here to stay, so you can be assured of better earnings that last for a sustainable livelihood.

On top of these fundamental improvements to your earnings per trip, you can also make your earnings sweeter with new peak hour boosters, while enjoying the peace of mind that comes with our new monthly safety net.

Put more money in your pocket

Aim for up to $120 in peak hour boosters to make your earnings even sweeter during these peak hours - available every day:

Pro-tip: Aim for the highest booster tier of $120 daily during the weekends from Fridays to Sundays, when demand is 30% higher.

Payouts will be made to your Earnings Wallet within one hour of achieving each tier.

Example

🔹 Minimum daily performance of 80% is required to receive the peak hour booster.

🔹 The peak hour booster is available every day.

🔹 All driver-partners are eligible for the peak hour booster.

🔹 Trips completed on GoCar will receive 1 base point and extra peak hour points, depending on the timing of the trip.

🔹 Trips completed on GoTaxi will only receive 1 base point and will NOT be eligible for extra peak hour points.

Drive with earnings assurance

[Updated 24 September 2021]

From 1 Oct 2021 1AM:

  • Calculations for top-ups will be based on total monthly earnings
  • Up to $9,300 minimum monthly earnings when you complete 700 monthly trips (Elite GoFleet driver-partners)

Our monthly safety net continues to protect your earnings - now up to $9,300 with the addition of a new tier of 700 trips. This new tier caters to driver-partners who have been performing well and are looking for new targets to achieve.

If you’ve completed the minimum number of trips and your total monthly earnings are less than the amounts in the table below, we’ll top up the difference.

Starting 1 Oct 2021 1AM, the calculation of the top up amount will be updated. The difference to be topped up will be based on your total earnings (subject to 10% service fees), which are inclusive of gross trip fares, daily peak hour earnings boosters, far pick-up incentives, and any additional incentives and fees such as cancellation fees, multi-destination fees and edit destination fees.

NOTE: The additional GoFleet amount that will be included in your monthly safety net is prorated based on the number of trips completed while you are in the GoFleet program.

Payouts will be made to your Earnings Wallet on the 1st Tuesday of the following month, 1PM. When the prior month ends on a Monday, payout will be made on the 1st Wednesday of the following month instead.

Example

Mr Lee is a Premium driver-partner who is part of the GoFleet program. He completed a total of 500 trips in the month with an average performance of 90%, and managed to earn $4,900 in nett total earnings.

Since he qualifies for the monthly safety net of $5,600, he will receive a top-up (subject to 10% service fees) of the difference between the monthly safety net and his total earnings for the month.

E.g. Top-up = ($5,600 - 10% service fee) - $4,900 = $5,040 - $4,900 = $140

For more detailed examples for GoFleet driver-partners, refer to gjk.sg/gofleet

🔹 Minimum average monthly performance of 80% is required to qualify for the monthly safety net.

🔹 Only Premium (GoFleet only), Pro, and Elite GoalBetter tier driver-partners are eligible for the monthly safety net.

🔹 The top-up amount for the monthly safety net is based on total earnings for the month. Total earnings are inclusive of gross trip fares, daily peak hour earnings boosters, far pick-up incentives, and any additional incentives and fees such as cancellation fees, multi-destination fees, and Edit Destination fees.

🔹 The calculation of the top-up amount is based on nett trip fares. The final amount that will be topped up is subject to 10% service fees.

🔹 For Pro and Elite driver-partners who joined GoFleet within the month and have completed more than 700 GoFleet trips, your monthly safety net will be increased by the full additional GoFleet amount of $150 or $300 respectively, without proration.

🔹 Only GoCar trips will count towards the trips requirement for the monthly safety net.
