Driver-partners with eligible vehicles can look forward to:
💰 BIGGER EARNINGS Enjoy fares that are 100%-150% higher than GoCar trips with GoCar Premium XL.
💰 MORE TRIPS Accept more trips by reaching more customers who need bigger and more comfortable rides.
💡Customers can choose multiple service types when booking a ride, so keep your toggle switched on at all times! Read on for the list of eligible vehicles below.
Note: This service type is only available to drivers on the Gojek Driver app.
How to accept GoCar Premium XL trips
Only driver-partners with eligible vehicles who have turned on the toggle for GoCar Premium XL will be allocated these trips.
To differentiate a GoCar Premium XL trip from a regular GoCar trip, look out for this logo:
The process of accepting and completing a GoCar Premium XL trip is the same as a GoCar trip. You will also see ‘GoCar Premium XL’ reflected in your Transaction history.
Incentives and fees
Incentives
All GoCar Premium XL trips will be eligible for existing trip incentives–take home more earnings with every trip! More on incentives: gjk.sg/incentive
Service and Platform fees
There will be no difference in service and platform fees from GoCar trips. GoCar Premium XL trips will be subject to the same tiered platform fee and 10% service fee.
Other fees
GoCar Premium XL trips will be eligible for the following additional fees:
- Multi-Destination fee of $5 (subject to 10% service fee)
- Edit Destination fee of $5 (subject to 10% service fee)
- Late Night Trip fee of $6 from 12AM to 5:59AM (same as GoCar Premium)
- Cancellation fee of $4 (no service fee)
- Waiting fee of up to $13 (same as GoCar Premium)–$3 for first 4 mins, $5 for every additional 5 mins (no service fee)
- You can only receive either a cancellation fee or waiting fee
