Bringing you the best riding experience is our main priority at Gojek. To make your riding experience more comfortable, we introduce On-Trip Report feature. This feature collects your trip experience responses with Gojek using GoRide or GoCar services as an effort to improve our service quality. The good news is: the On-Trip Report feature is now easier to access and use.
Previously you need to complete your trip first before giving any feedback, but with the new on-trip report, you are able to give feedback shortly after your booking is confirmed. So, you can directly provide input following your trip with our driver right away and no need to wait until the trip is completed.
We keep your data private. The feedback you submitted will go directly to our team anonymously. Also, the inputs from you as well as other customers will go through a validation process to improve the service of GoRide and GoCar driver-partners.
