J3K Safe Zone is Available at Soekarno-Hatta Airport

The good news is for you who want to get to your destination quickly after boarding from the plane and don't want to wait in line, you can do the health and safety protocol in the J3K Safe Zone which is present at Soekarno Hatta Airport!

J3K Safe Zones Health Protocols:

1. Body temperature check 
2. Clean your hands with hand sanitizer to avoid the risk of transmission
3. Get a mask from our personnel. It is mandatory to wear a mask during your GoRide/ GoCar trip
4. Comply with social distancing procedure, make sure to keep a distance of 1.5 meters in the queue while waiting to get picked up
5. Our personnel will also provide you hair caps and spray disinfectant on your helmet as well as your car handle.

Not only can you do health protocols, in the J3K Safe Zone located at Soekarno Hatta Airport, you can also order GoCar Instant. It’s hassle-free and you don’t need to wait for long. You just have to come to the pick-up point of Gojek in all Soekarno-Hatta terminals. When you order a GoCar, don't forget to select "GoCar Pick Point", meet your driver, and give the PIN that you can get on the order page. Isn’t it easy?

Every time you order an Instant GoCar from the J3K Safe Zone located at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, you will be charged a location fee of IDR13,000 to any destination from J3K Safe Zone GoCar Instant pick up point. This Location Fee serves to support GoCar Instant operations at Soekarno Hatta Airport and takes effect on August 5th, 2020.

How to Order GoCar Instant:

1. Open Gojek app, select GoCar then enter your destination and pickup location.
2. Re-check your destination and pickup location, make sure that the info is correct, then click ‘Order GoCar’.
3. A notification will appear, then click "Try GoCar Instant"
4. You will receive a 6 digit code that will be given to the driver to start your trip
5. Scroll down to see directions to the location of the pick-up point.
