I cannot find my current booking
Your Ongoing order is always showed on Homepage in 'Track your order'. You can easily track your order or driver by clicking on 'Track your order'. Should you cannot find any existing order, please follow these steps:
- Make sure your WiFi connection or cellular data is working
- Close Gojek app running in background then open again
- Find orders by clicking the "My Orders" in My Account
