Driver's license plate number is different from app
When your order is accepted, we will give you booking information such as driver's name, type of vehicle, license template. This helps you easily identify your driver at the pickup location.
If you find out that the driver's vehicle is different from the app, please contact us after finishing the trip by clicking the 'Contact Us' as below. We will check and work with the driver to make sure this situation will not happen again.
You can also cancel the trip if you feel unsafe.
