I have to pay cash with non-cash orders
The driver only collects cash for orders if you choose to pay by cash. Therefore, you do not need to pay extra in cash to the driver with non-cash orders. In case Driver request unreasonably, please checkthe following information:
- Do you ask Driver to buy any more items?
- Has the final price been updated (e.g., does the merchant increase the price)?
- Is the voucher (if any) applied correctly?
In all situations Gojek always requires the driver to notify circumstances to the customer. In case you are required to pay extra cash, please contact Gojek for a solution.
