Unable to log in using face ID/fingerprint
Please take note of the following if you were unable to log in using Face ID/Fingerprint feature: Make sure that the Face ID/Fingerprint feature on your device is active
- Check that you did not exceed the limit (Three attempts for Android and two attempts for iOS)
- Ensure that you’ve entered the correct passcode of your device if you exceeded the limit for Face ID/fingerprint recognition
If you are still unable to log in using Face ID/Fingerprint after trying the above, you can always log in using your phone number to login.
