Things to do with four friends, now that you can dine together again
23 Feb 2024

Now that the 2-person dine-in rule has ended, you’ve got all the space you’ll need to hang out with your group of 4 other friends. Want to plan a full day together? Here’s everything else you can do with a meal before/after. And as always – we’ll get you there when you need to.

Solve an escape room together

Nothing says “bonding” quite like going through tough times together – so lock yourselves up in a room and try to get out as the clock ticks. Check out Captivate Escape Rooms for unique room options (think aliens, Hercule Poirot-inspired train mysteries, and the likes).

Set up a Dungeons and Dragons session

There’s lots to do in a D&D game, including look for treasure, fight evil, go on rescue missions, and hang out in taverns or inns. The best part? You and your buddies can do this from the comfort of home! Call for help setting the game up if you need – Shawn Phang has over 10 years of experience guiding newbies and experts alike through treacherous waters.

Visit a Mini Mobile Museum

While the Singapore Art Museum remains closed, travelling art exhibitions are still being planned by the organization. The Mini Mobile Museum at Woodlands Regional Library contains work from Jeremy Sharma, which looks into SG’s films from the 50s–60s. Expect some kitsch and lots of nostalgia. Details here.

Go to the Science Centre

We’ve all got our dusty memories of the Science Centre, but there’s lots of new exhibitions waiting to be explored, including a mirror maze to get lost in, a thrilling section about the science behind your fears, and a collection of Da Vinci’s discoveries. Find out more here.

Bounce with friends

Don’t know how to parkour? Have no sense of movement whatsoever? Those things don’t matter in an indoor trampoline park, which gets you up whenever you go down. We like Bounce Inc, which is located in a very central Cineleisure, but there are lots of options all around Singapore.
