I haven’t received my voucher

We are really sorry for the problem you experience if you haven’t received the voucher from the following conditions:

If you haven’t received the voucher that you bought or voucher from these conditions:

  • After completing tasks of Mission
  • After purchasing voucher 
  • After redeeming the promo code
  • Haven’t received a voucher from GoClub (reward voucher or Treasure gift voucher)

Please re-check the 'Vouchers' page on the 'Promos’ menu or 'My Voucher' page on the ‘Profile' menu.

If you still can't find your voucher after checking on those pages, please report this to us via Gojek Help page (under My Profile menu) by clicking the Contact Us* button below. We will gladly help you.
