You love watching movies? Yay! GoTix can be your loyal friend. Buy ticket using GoTix and you will get a booking code and pass key that you can exchange with a physical ticket at the cinema.
You haven’t received a booking code or pass key? Relax, check again in your email inbox, your GoPay transaction history, or you can also check in ‘My ticket’ section on the top right of your GoTix.
If you still have not found or received the booking code and pass key, you can report it to us via Gojek Help page (under My Account menu) by clicking the Contact Us* below and we will help you.
