Haven't received my event e-ticket from GoTix
Don’t panic! If you haven’t received your e-ticket after you order event ticket on GoTix, it would be good to check first on ‘My Ticket’ on GoTix or go check your email that registered in your Gojek app, if you order event ticket on GoTix website, check your e-ticket to email that you registered earlier on that website. On e-ticket, you can see your booking reference number.
