Are there anything else that I can do if this happen?

If your order hasn't arrived yet, there are some things that you can do:

  • Check driver’s location through the app
  • Contact the driver via chat or call feature to ensure your ordered items are safe to reach the destination
  • Make sure your GoFood, GoShop, atau GoMart order is in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions
