I can't use my GoPoints voucher
Vouchers that you have been purchased will automatically go to 'Promos’ feature on the top right corner of Gojek homepage or in 'My Voucher' on the 'Account’ page.
You can also see all vouchers that have been purchased in 'My Voucher’ on the 'My Account’ page.
Before using your voucher, please make sure you’ve read the terms and conditions including the expiry date of your voucher and how to use the voucher. Please remember, vouchers that have been purchased cannot be canceled or returned.
Click on the 'Use Voucher’ button if you are ready to use it
I’ve done those steps, but why am I still unable to use the voucher?
Sometimes, but rarely happen, the reason why you can’t use your voucher is because of your total spend does not meet the minimum spend on your Terms and Conditions.
If you’ve made sure the things above but still unable to use the voucher, Please report it to us via Help page (on My Account menu) in Gojek app by clicking the Contact Us* button below this article. We will be glad to help.
