How to get trip receipt
Your GoRide and GoCar receipt will be sent to your verified email address at the end of every trip. To verify your email, please go to 'My Profile'.
If you don't get the receipt after using GoRide or GoCar service, you can get it from your order history by choosing 'My Orders' on 'My Profile' menu, click the clock icon on the right top corner of the page, then follow these steps:
- Select your desired order history
- Click 'Send Receipt'
- Your receipt will be sent to your email
- For GoCar service, the Send Receipt button will appear in order history if the driver’s registered vehicle is 4-seater type
