I haven't received my PLN Token
Don't panic! If you haven’t received your PLN token, it would be good to check first on the ‘History’ menu on GoBills to see the PLN token that you purchased is succeed. In GoBills History, you can see payment details, token numbers, and receipt of your GoBills transactions.
If you still have not received your PLN token after making a payment through GoBills, please wait for up to 1 (one) business day. If the problem persists, please reach us via Gojek Help page (under My Account menu) by clicking the Contact us* below.
