I lost my phone number
If you’re in one of these situations:
- Phone is lost
- Phone number (that’s registered in Gojek account) is lost
- Phone number (that’s registered in Gojek account) is inactive
What you need to do is contact your service provider to get your number back. Then, you can log in to your Gojek account again.
