GoPay Balance Withdrawal
- Gojek has now ceased all operations in Thailand. However, you can still request for GoPay withdrawal via the in-app request form. Your balance will be deposited back to your bank account with the same name and surname as your GoPay account. Please fill in the form below.
- 1. For customers who have completed the KYC process, please submit the following:
- 1.1 A copy of the first page of a bank book from any bank (the first and last name must match the owner of the GoPay account).
- 2. For customers who have not completed or registered the KYC process, please proceed as follows:
- 2.1 You can complete the KYC process and submit the below required document:
- 2.1.1 A copy of the first page of a bank book from any bank (the first and last name must match the owner of the GoPay account).
- 2.2 If you do not wish to verify your identity through the KYC process, you must log-in to your Gojek account and submit the following documents to proceed with the withdrawal request via in-app help (no need to submit proof of wallet top-up):
- 2.2.1 A signed copy of your ID card or, for foreigners, your passport
- 2.2.2 A copy of the first page of a bank book from any bank(the first and last name must match the supporting documents as in the first article 2.2.1)
- If you choose to submit the request via email care.th@gojek.com, you need to submit a proof of wallet top-up with document 2.2.1 and 2.2.2.
- 2.1 You can complete the KYC process and submit the below required document:
- The process will take 7-14 operational days.
- Withdrawal requests are limited to once per day.
