GoPay Balance Withdrawal

  1. Gojek has now ceased all operations in Thailand. However, you can still request for GoPay withdrawal via the in-app request form. Your balance will be deposited back to your bank account with the same name and surname as your GoPay account. Please fill in the form below. 
  1. 1. For customers who have completed the KYC process, please submit the following:
    1. 1.1 A copy of the first page of a bank book from any bank (the first and last name must match the owner of the GoPay account).

  2. 2. For customers who have not completed or registered the KYC process, please proceed as follows:
    1. 2.1 You can complete the KYC process and submit the below required document: 
      1. 2.1.1 A copy of the first page of a bank book from any bank (the first and last name must match the owner of the GoPay account).

    2. 2.2 If you do not wish to verify your identity through the KYC process, you must log-in to your Gojek account and submit the following documents to proceed with the withdrawal request via in-app help (no need to submit proof of wallet top-up):
      1. 2.2.1 A signed copy of your ID card or, for foreigners, your passport 

      2. 2.2.2 A copy of the first page of a bank book from any bank(the first and last name must match the supporting documents as in the first article 2.2.1)

      3. If you choose to submit the request via email care.th@gojek.com, you need to submit a proof of wallet top-up with document 2.2.1 and 2.2.2.


  3. Terms and Conditions:

    • The process will take 7-14 operational days.
    • Withdrawal requests are limited to once per day.
