Problem while buying movie ticket
Here are the error notifications you might find when you buy the ticket in GoTix:
Hold ticket failed notifications: This might appear due to schedule changes in the theater you choose or because other visitors have booked the seats directly at the theater. If you find this error, you can try changing to another available movie schedule or seat.
Something went wrong! Please try again: If this notification appears, you can't purchase movie tickets because there are some errors in the server. In this case, you can repurchase in a few moments.
If you still can’t purchase tickets and always get those notifications, please report to GoTix CS via email at csgotix@gojek.com or call 021-80600822 (ext 2).
