How to buy movie tickets

• Choose GoTix on your Gojek app homepage.
• Choose your location (city) and the movie that you want to watch

• Choose the date, your preferred cinema, and your preferred time*
  
  *Please note that the ticket you have purchased can’t be rescheduled

• Click ‘Pick seat’ to choose a seat, then click ‘Continue’ to proceed

• On the Booking Confirmation page:
  • Activate Flexitix* feature to get a refund if you cancel your ticket later
  • Choose your preferred payment method
  • Insert promo code if you have one
• Click ‘Order Now’ and enter your GoPay PIN to finish the transaction

How to buy event and attraction ticket

• Choose GoTix on your Gojek app homepage, then choose the Events menu
• Search and choose your preferred event or attraction
• Click ‘Add’ to buy ticket, then click the order summary option to proceed

• Choose your preferred payment method and insert promo code if you have one
• Click ‘Order Now’ and enter your GoPay PIN to finish the transaction
