Didn't receive movie e-ticket

If you haven't received your Booking Code and Pass Key after purchasing ticket(s) from GoTix, please check again in:

  • Your email inbox (the email that is registered in your Gojek account), or
  • 'My Tickets' section on the top right of GoTix homepage.

If you still have not found or received the Booking Code and Pass Key, you can report it to us via Gojek Help page (under My Profile menu) by clicking the Contact Us* button below. We will help you.
