Haven't received GoTix e-ticket
If you have not received an e-ticket with a Booking Code and Pass Key after purchasing a movie or event ticket, please re-check again via:
- Inbox in the email registered in your Gojek account, or
- 'My Tickets' section on the top right of GoTix homepage.
If you bought the ticket on the GoTix website, please check your registered email.
If you still haven’t received the e-ticket, you can report it to GoTix CS via email at csgotix@gojek.com or call 021-80600822 (ext 2).
