A guarantee voucher from GoSend is a discount voucher given by Gojek as a guarantee if your package delivery exceeds the delivery time.

Here are more terms of how to get a guarantee voucher:

• The voucher is available during the promotion period from 20 June 2022 to 31 October 2022.

• The voucher is valid for deliveries with a maximum distance of 8 km for Instant Delivery and 20 km for Same Day Delivery.

• The voucher can only get once a day per user.

• If you order more than one and all exceed the delivery time, you will only get one voucher.

• Not valid for delays in GoSend orders between 21.00 - 7.00 WIB

• A voucher can get a maximum of 1 x 24 hours. You will get a notification on the Gojek app.

To use the voucher, click "Use" on the voucher, and the nominal discount will directly deduct your GoSend booking fee.
