How to get and download transaction receipt
After your GoRide, GoCar, GoSend, GoBox, GoFood, GoMart, and GoShop order is completed, the receipt will be sent to your verified email address. To verify your email, please go to 'My Profile.
If you don't get the receipt after using GoRide, GoCar, GoSend, GoBox, GoFood, GoMart, or GoShop services, you can get it from your order history by tapping on the Orders tab on the Gojek app homepage and tap on the 'History' tab, then follow these steps:
- Select your desired order history
- Click 'Download Bill'/'Send receipt'
- Your receipt will be automatically downloaded in the form of a PDF file and stored on your device.
This feature will be released gradually, please make sure your Gojek app is the latest version.
