I didn’t use GoPayLater, but got the bill

If you’ve never used GoPayLater, but you got the bill, please check the GoPayLater transaction history to see any transaction you may have made.

After checking the transaction history and finding the GoPayLater usage, please check the conditions below to find the solution.

  • I made and recognized those transactions, but I didn't intend to use GoPayLater.

Solution: If your dues don't include the GoPayLater fee or late fees, you only need to pay the bills according to the transaction you made before the due date to avoid getting notified and collected. You can make repayment via the GoPayLater transaction page.

The latest version of GoPayLater will show a confirmation nudge (see the image below) before you make your first transactions with GoPayLater in a given month. It's already available in all Gojek services.

  • I didn't recognize or make those transactions.

Solution: If you feel someone is misusing your GoPayLater account, please report it to us via Help Page (on the Profile page) on the Gojek app by selecting GoPayLater by Findaya > GoPayLater issue > Problem with my account > Someone misused my GoPayLater article.

If you don't experience the conditions above or you experience another condition that causes you to be charged but never used GoPayLater, please tell us via Gojek Help page (under My Profile menu) by clicking the Contact Us* button below.
