I can't repay my GoPayLater dues

If you’re unable to repay your GoPayLater dues due to not being able to log into your Gojek account, you can repay your dues using BCA Virtual Account via Findaya Web here. You can read this article to understand the steps. However, please note that this solution will only be successful if your phone number is still active and not lost.
If you’re unable to repay your dues due to:
Your phone number is no longer active, so you can't log in to the Gojek account that you have GoPayLater dues on
You lost your phone and/or phone number.
Solution: You can ask BCA Virtual Account via Gojek Help page (under My Profile Menu) or if you want to change your phone number, please let us know via Gojek Help page (under My Profile menu) by clicking the Contact Us* below. We will help you to change the lost phone number on the account that has GoPayLater to the new phone number. Then, please login with the new phone number to re-access your GoPayLater account.
- You can’t top up GoPay.
Solution: Try to change the top-up method with another method. Click this article for more information on how to top up your balance and method options.
- You use a Virtual Account but have an issue such as:
1. Have made a repayment through Virtual Account but the dues are still haven’t repaid
2. Unable to generate Virtual Account number
3. Virtual Account number is incorrect
4. Double repayment
5. Virtual Account option is not available

- You have topped up your GoPay, but haven’t received it.

- There was a technical error when you tried to repay.
