Why can't I apply GoPayLater?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We regret to inform you that the GoPayLater service is currently only available for selected customers.

Eligible customers who are able to apply for GoPayLater are selected based on a set of specific criteria that we have.

One of the eligibility criteria looks at your transactional activities on the Gojek app. We suggest you continue to increase your transactions using GoPay.

As of now, we’re not able to give you access to GoPayLater by request to the Customer Care team. However, if in the future you become eligible to apply for GoPayLater, we will notify you via Gojek app notifications.
