Here's how you can create a BCA Virtual Account via the Findaya website if you if you are having trouble paying dues with the reason you can't enter the Gojek app, please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://app.findaya.co.id/

2. Enter your mobile number that is connected to your GoPayLater account.

3. Select Continue

4. Enter the OTP code sent to your mobile number

5. Select Continue or →

6. Select More Info on the GoPayLater service menu

7. Select Repay

8. Select point 3 on the Pay with option menu

9. Select BCA Virtual Account

10. Select Make Repayment

11. Copy the virtual account number and use it to pay your dues through BCA Bank in the following way:

A. ATM

1. Select other transaction > Transfer > to Rek BCA Virtual Account.

2. Enter Virtual Account Number listed on the Payment page (the Virtual Account number you have created) and select True.

3. Check the information shown on the screen. Make sure the Merchant is GoPayLater, Total bill. is correct and your username is {username}. If yes, select Yes.

B. iBanking/KlikBCA

1. Select Transfer > Transfer to BCA Virtual Account.

2. Enter Virtual Account Number listed on the Payment page (the Virtual Account number you have created) and select True.

3. Check the information shown on the screen. Make sure the Merchant is GoPayLater, Total bill. is correct and your username is {username}. If yes, select Yes.

4. Enter your KeyBCA response and click Submit.

C. mBanking/m-BCA

1. Select m-Transfer > BCA Virtual Account.

2. Enter Virtual Account Number listed on the Payment page (the Virtual Account number you have created) and select Send

3. Check the information shown on the screen. Make sure the Merchant is GoPayLater, Total bill. is correct and your username is {username} and select OK.

4. Enter your m-BCA PIN and select OK.

5. If a notification appears Transaction Failed. The nominal exceeds the daily limit”, please repeat the transaction using KlikBCA (iBanking) or ATM. Transactions with a nominal value of more than Rp.20,000,000.00, can only be made through KlikBCA (iBanking) or ATM.
