Someone misused my GoPayLater
There are three possible reasons why PayLater can be misused:
- The OTP code falls to irresponsible parties: Always keep the OTP code for security; NEVER share your OTP with anyone for security reasons, including Gojek. You can see more information on protecting Gojek account here.
- Recycled phone number: There might be that a phone number that is no longer active is recycled by the provider, then the number is sold again to someone else by the provider company.
- Lost phone: If you ever lose your phone, which causes your phone number to be lost, this case will cause irresponsible individuals to login into your account and probably misuse it.
