Because of unusual activities found on your account, your GoPayLater account will be frozen permanently. However, you can still make a repayment to avoid late fees.

As stated in Terms and Conditions point 4.3.2:

“...Findaya reserves the right to and may suspend and terminate Your Account, either temporarily or permanently, or to terminate Your access to the GoPayLater service…”

You may not use GoPayLater for now but you can still use other services in Gojek Apps to improve your profile for future review. Hope this information helps you.
