My GoPayLater account is frozen
GoPayLater can be frozen due to missed repayment. If you experience this, please report it to us via Gojek Help page (under My Profile menu) by clicking the Contact Us* button below. We will follow up.
*Contact Us button only accessible when you open this page on your phone/tablet.
Apart from that, here are three other possibilities that cause GoPayLater is frozen and what you can do:
- Account activity does not meet GoPayLater's Terms & Conditions. You can increase transactions for a chance to get access again.
- Your account is indicated to be suspicious. You can report it here if you think we made a mistake.
- Your profile has not been updated. Updating a profile is a requirement from OJK. If you get a notification to complete the data, please submit it first so you can use GoPayLater again.
