My GoPayLater account is frozen

We're sorry for the inconvenience. There are four reasons why your GoPayLater is frozen temporarily:

  • Your GoPayLater is frozen due to activities from your account. 

Duration: Temporary to Permanent. We do regular reviews on your GoPayLater spending and repayment activity, which may result in your GoPayLater access getting frozen. Don't worry; you can have a higher chance of restoring your GoPayLater access by making more transactions in Gojek. For further information, please read GoPayLater's terms and conditions.

  • Your GoPayLater is frozen because a suspicious activity is indicated. If you feel that this is a mistake, please report it to us through this article. We will check it first.
  • You haven't updated your profile to fulfill OJK requirements. Fulfill the OJK requirements by clicking 'Submit now' so you can use GoPayLater again.

  • You may see this message if you have not yet filled in an OJK-required form. Once you do, you can use GoPayLater again.
  • You missed repayment due date past a certain number of days. If you are delinquent past a certain number of days, your GoPayLater account may become blocked indefinitely. At some point, you may become permanently blocked from GoPayLater, and you will no longer be able to repay. Since we send a daily report on your GoPayLater account to the Fintech Data Centre (FDC) on your delinquency status, this may eventually affect your credit rating with other fintech lending platforms.
