GoPay Feed feature is a feature where you can add other Gojek users as friends and interact on the feed, such as giving like or commenting on every GoPay balance transfer transaction’s posts. 

To add other Gojek users as friends to interact and play games on the GoPay Feed feature, all you have to do is transfer your GoPay balance to other Gojek customers that you want to add as friends.

Can I delete GoPay Feed feature?

We’re sorry to inform you that the GoPay Feed feature can’t be deleted from Gojek app.

If you don't want to use the GoPay Feed because you want your transfer moments to be private so other people won’t be able to see, you can change your moment privacy to private.

Here’s how to private your moment:

1. Choose ‘Explore’ on GoPay menu
2. Choose the post on the feed
3. Then click the button like the picture below

4. Choose ‘Edit Privacy Settings’
5. Then choose ‘Private’ and click ‘Apply’

Note: You can also choose your privacy setting for a moment every time you transfer GoPay balance to other users

How to give like and comment
You can like and comment on the GoPay Feed as a form of interaction with your friends. Here’s how to give like or comment on GoPay feed:

1. Choose ‘Explore’ on GoPay menu
2. Choose the post on the feed
3. Then click the button like the picture below to give like or comment:

After you like or comment on your GoPay friend's moment, your friend will receive a notification on their GoPay Feed. And, your like or comment will be visible on your GoPay friend’s feed so their friends can see your like/comment.

Report an inappropriate moment/comment
Here’s how to report an inappropriate comment on GoPay Feed:

1. On GoPay feed, choose the moment where there’s an inappropriate comment
2. Then click the button like the picture below on the moment’s page

3. Click ‘I want to report’
4. Choose the reasons why you want to report the moment/comment

Someone is using my profile on GoPay Feed

Please tell your GoPay friends to always check the phone number used if someone else is using your profile, pretending to be you, and asking for a GoPay transfer via GoPay Feed.

If the phone number is unknown, please remind them to not transfer the GoPay balance to the person who’s using your profile.

You can also make sure the things above if you find someone is using your friends’ profile and request GoPay balance to you.
