Price in app was different from invoice
We are really sorry you had to experience this problem, but please keep in mind that there are things you need to know about ordering GoFood, GoShop, or GoMart:
- The price that is shown in the app is only estimated price
- The driver will input the actual total price after the order has been purchased, according to the invoice
If you have confirmed the things above and the total price entered by the driver in the application is different from the receipt, report it to us via Help page (on My Profile menu) in Gojek app by clicking Contact Us* button below this article. We will be glad to help.
- If you pay for an order using PayLater and there is a change in the final price which causes the price of the order to be cheaper or more expensive, then the nominal of your PayLater transaction will be adjusted
- But if the price of the order changes and your PayLater Available Balance is insufficient, then your PayLater transaction bill is immediately adjusted up to your Usage Limit; the rest you can pay in cash when the order arrives
