How to get order history

Find your last orders within the last 90 days on the 'Order History'* page.  

On the Gojek app’s latest version, you can download the receipt directly on the order history page.



If you don't find the feature, you can still get it (for completed orders in Indonesia) by filling out the form in the article How to get order history*. Make sure you enter the correct date within the last 120 days range.

*)Order history in the Gojek app cannot be deleted.


  • After filling out the form, your order history will be sent to your registered email in the Gojek app. If you have not completed your email, please complete it on the My Profile. Also, make sure your email has been verified.
  • To get a history order you made outside Indonesia,  please click the Download bill button on each order or download the statement on the Order History page.
