Didn't get XP after transaction

Please note that XP will only be given to GoClub members and you will only get XP after completing transactions at the following Gojek services:

  • GoRide
  • GoCar
  • GoBluebird
  • GoFood
  • GoSend (excluding orders via portal.gosend.id website and/or other platforms besides Gojek app)
  • GoPulsa
  • GoTagihan
  • Online and offline payments using GoPay within the Gojek app (top-up, transfer, and balance withdrawal are not included)

Important information:

  • You will not get XP from other transactions. 
  • You will not get XP if your transaction value is under Rp5.000.
  • You  will not get XP for transactions using GoPay Coins. However, you can still earn XP, if your GoPay Coins payment is combined with other payments
