GoClub Community Guideline


We created GoClub to value our beloved customers for their loyalty to Gojek. We strive to offer the most relevant benefits for our customers, to do so, we would need your help to foster this community. While we really need your feedback to grow, please remember that this community consists of 3 (three) parties who each have their own role; our loyal customers, our drivers, and our service agents. Please always remember to be respectful towards all parties and be mindful of the terms and conditions, also to always be honest and stay away from any fraudulent activity. 


GoClub is Gojek’s Loyalty Program created to value our loyal customers by providing exclusive benefits and experience. This community guideline serves as the standard for all GoClub members and is a separate set from the GoClub Benefits Terms and Conditions. In order to create a fair experience for all GoClub Members, we would need your help as a part of the GoClub Community Member and should work together on this and strive to :

  1. Respect each other
    Treat others the way you would like to be treated. We understand that some unpleasant things such as the unavailability of the benefits that you want to redeem, or not showing XP after the transaction, can cause inconvenience. Please submit a ticket and write to the Customer Service Channel and we would try our best to attend to your concern as soon as possible. The time required to address your issue will depend on the traffic and the complexity of the issue that you are facing. Hence, we would really appreciate it if you can be patient and be respectful towards our agents in submitting the inquiries. Please use a respectful language as they are part of the community and are here to help you to their best ability.
  2. Be Mindful
    In order to provide as many relevant benefits as possible for our members, you might see that there are a lot of different vouchers available for you to redeem, which each of them have different sets of applied terms and conditions, redemption steps, minimum spending amount, expiry date, and/or other small details that you might have missed. Therefore, on this occasion, we would like your help to learn more about the benefit you are trying to redeem and make sure that you have followed all of the terms and conditions before submitting your ticket. If you need more information or assistance, our agents will be happy to guide you and answer any questions.
  3. Be Honest
    We do not tolerate any fraudulent, suspicious transactions or abusive behaviors  in order to gain XP, if a user is detected to be engaging in any of these behaviours, their  account will be suspended and they will not be able to access the benefits or gaining XP. However, if you believe that you did not do any of the above, you may submit a ticket to the Customer Service Channel to appeal for your account to be restored.
  4. Be Proactive and Stay up to date
    As previously mentioned, we are striving to offer the most relevant benefits for our loyal customers. As more benefits are available for you to enjoy, there are also more information, such as terms and conditions, being updated frequently. Therefore, we would like to encourage you to keep checking our information touchpoints like Website, Blogs, and Social Media to get the most updated information.
