Why is my GoClub level downgraded?

As per GoClub regulations, level evaluation will be done every 6 (six) months from the time you reach a new level.

To maintain your current level, you have to meet the minimum XP amount of each level as follow:

  • To remain as Bos, you need to at least have 400 XP in 6 months
  • To remain as Juragan, you need to at least have 2.500 XP in 6 months
  • To remain as Anak Sultan, you need to at least have 10.500 XP in 6 months

If at the end of the 6th month the total amount of XP you earned does not reach the minimum XP amount to maintain your level as stated above, you will be downgraded to the level below your current and the reward you get will be automatically adjusted based on your new level.

But don’t worry! We will notify you when you’re about to get downgraded. You can immediately make transactions to collect the required amount of XP before the evaluation date if you want to maintain your level.

(Possible downgraded notification on GoClub main page)

When you do get downgraded, you can always get back up by earning more XP. Read more about it here.

Why did I lose my XP when I got downgraded?

As per GoClub regulations, the XP that you have will be reset to the starting point of your current level after the evaluation, either when you manage to maintain your level or get downgraded in 6 months. So, don’t be surprised if you suddenly lose your XP. Read more about it here.
