How to get and download transaction receipt

After your GoRide, GoCar, GoSend, GoBox, GoFood, GoMart, and GoShop order is completed, the receipt will be sent to your verified email address. To verify your email, please go to 'My Profile'.

You can also Download bill on the order history page.

How can I get all the transaction reports?

Ensure your Gojek app version is the latest version. Then, follow the steps below:

  • Go to Order page > Select History
  • Click Download statement feature. Find this feature on the top or down on the Order Page*

 

 

  • Select the transaction period you want (maximum one year), and click Download.

 

 

Notes:

  • The transaction report contains all Gojek transactions you have made in Indonesia or other Gojek operational countries as long as they are on the same Order History page.
  • The process of downloading transaction reports within one year sometimes takes longer. We recommend you download it gradually and periodically, for example, every 30 days.
  • If you don’t find this feature, you can still get transaction reports for the last 120 days through How to get order history article.
