How to edit my profile

Change your account name, email, profile picture*, and phone number in your Gojek app by choosing 'My Profile' page, then clicking the pencil icon.

Ensure your new email or phone number has not been registered in Gojek account. If you’re unable to change your profile and get a notification that states your phone number or email has been registered in another Gojek account, you can contact our customer service by clicking on the 'Report this issue' button below. We will help you.


After you’ve successfully changed your phone number/email, there will be a waiting time for you to make an update again.
