General Terms and Conditions

1. Terms and Conditions apply to all GoPay promos.
2. Promo only applies to payments using GoPay.
3. GoPay has the right to determine the maximum value of each promo in the T&C special promo related.
4. GoPay has the right to determine the minimum transaction value and/or other requirements in the T&C special promo related.
5. GoPay has the right to determine and/or change the participation status of each user and/or business partner to any promos at any time.
6. GoPay has the right to change and/or stop the promo at any time.
7. GoPay has the right to hold and/or cancel promos to certain users and/or business partners at any time including if the transaction underlying the promo is canceled and/or the user requests a refund for the transaction that underlies the promo, abusive actions, fraudulent fraud, and/or another suspicious activity promo in the form of cashback can be canceled if the total value of transactions that enter the user's GoPay account for a month exceeds the limit set by the regulator (IDR 20 million/month in the calendar).
8. Users can submit a claim for refund to us no later than 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the transaction by submitting sufficient supporting evidence. In such a case, we will process a refund based on the results of our review of the claim. In the event that a refund claim is approved, GoPay has the right to withdraw any associated promo value.
9. GoPay has the right to cancel and/or withdraw cashback given to the user if the transaction underlying the cashback is canceled and/or the user requests a refund for the transaction that underlies the cashback. Cancellation and/or cashback withdrawal is done based on the policies in force in the GoPay.
